The body speaks through pain. The same tightening shows up in the shoulders, the throat or low in the belly — depending on what in your life is waiting for an answer.

The seven centres along the spine are the same seven levels the spiral of the game moves through. Here you see them in your body.

Each centre answers for something in life: the root for safety, the throat for what is said and what is swallowed, the brow for the thoughts at night. The reading starts there and stands on your chart.

A room for self-knowledge. For pain, a symptom or a condition, the answer comes from a doctor.

Where does it hurt in your body?

Choose the places where it hurts. More than one is fine.

What is happening in your life now?

Three or four sentences about your life — people, work, home, money, silence. The body you leave to the reading.
