What this room gives

You get a job offer and everyone around you has an opinion. “Take it at once, chances like this do not wait!” You meet someone and your friends have already decided that you must make the first move. You have an idea of your own and from every side comes that favourite advice, “Just act.” Except that the very same advice can lead one person straight to the right place and another to yet another “Why did I get into this at all?”

Human Design starts from the idea that we are not made to take decisions in the same way. For one person it is natural to respond when the opportunity appears in front of them. Another needs to be recognised and invited. A third needs to give the decision time instead of answering while the phone is still in their hand. And that is the interesting part — not whether you are brave, decisive or disciplined enough, but whether the way you act is yours at all.

The chart is calculated from the date, time and place of birth, using two moments — the birth itself and a moment roughly three months earlier, when the Sun stood 88 degrees before its position at birth. From these calculations your bodygraph is created, with its nine centres, its gates and the connections between them.

From it come the four things you can most easily check in your own life. The type shows how your energy works. The strategy — how, according to Human Design, it is natural for you to enter opportunities and situations. The inner authority — which of your own inner signals to attend to when you decide. The profile — the role through which you experience the world and your relationships, without anyone having asked you beforehand whether that role suits you.

And then the chart starts to look less like a coloured diagram and more like your life. Why one “yes”, said in ten seconds, then cost you six months of wondering how to get out of it. Why another time everyone urged you to hurry, you waited, and by the next day you already knew the answer. Why someone near you can move first and everything opens up, while you do the same and it feels like pushing a door marked “Pull”.

The chart, the type, the strategy, the inner authority and the profile are all calculated and shown for free. What you pay for is the reading — when you are no longer reading a general description of your type, into which millions of people have to fit, but looking at your own combination and how it shows up in decisions, work, relationships and those moments when you ask yourself, “Why did I do exactly that again?”

How you get in

The chart is free for anyone signed in to the game. A question to the chart costs 3.33 €, “The Two of You” 6.66 €, and the full reading 11.11 €. The Seer receives one question a month, and the Initiate two questions, “The Two of You” once a month and a full reading once every three months.

The centres

A defined centre means that this part of you works by itself and is the same every day — it can be relied on. An open centre means that there you take in the people around you: in one company you are one way, in another another. Being open is not a fault; it is the place where you are wisest about others and most easily misled about yourself.

So the rule is simple: decisions come from what is defined, and what is open is watched with curiosity rather than believed.

So far you have seen the design. The reading says what it does to your life — with your channels, your open centres and your profile, rather than with the type in general.

You need their date and time of birth and the city — the country is found by itself. The city does not enter the calculation; only the time zone comes from it.

A type's strategy can only be checked one way: by trying it. For twenty-eight days you mark with one tap whether you went with it or not, and on the fourteenth and the last day you see what came of it. It is included in the subscription and is not paid for separately.

Human Design is a system for self-knowledge, not medicine and not science. It does not predict events and it does not replace a doctor, a psychologist or your own judgement. The most useful part of it is the strategy: try it for a month and see what changes. If nothing changes, it is not for you.
