Imagine you come to me and say: "I have a question." Fair enough. Except that very often, two minutes in, it turns out there is more than one question. We start with "What's going to happen with this person?", move through "Why is it always me who waits?", then work comes up, money, some old decision that's still nagging away, and by the end we're looking at an entirely different story. The human mind loves to say: "I know perfectly well what's bothering me." Then life kindly shows it that things are a little more complicated than that.
So this time we're not going to start with a long explanation.
Look at the six scenes. Which one draws you first? Don't analyse it, don't go looking for symbolism, don't pick the one that seems most beautiful. Just notice which one pulls you toward it.
Then choose a number from 1 to 78.
Those two choices will be our starting point. The scene will show which area holds the real question, and the number will carry the message for it. That's exactly where things get interesting — because sometimes someone comes in convinced they're asking about love, and the answer takes them by the hand and leads them to a choice of their own. Other times it seems to be about work, and underneath that lies a fear of losing something certain. Or it really could be exactly what you think it is. We won't get ahead of the story.
Today I'll be in FatedWays for a few hours and will reply personally to everyone who takes part.
I'll be giving responses only inside the Soul Game, because I want us to be able to continue the conversation there if the message opens up another question. You don't need a paid subscription. All you need is to be registered and to have messages enabled, so I can send you your answer.
And please don't tell me three seasons' worth of your story upfront. 🙂 Give me the scene and the number first. I want to see what comes through before I know all the details. After that, if there's anything to clarify, we can talk it through.
If the answer you receive has been useful and you'd like to give something back, you can do so through a voluntary donation. There's no obligation and no set amount — the idea is simply an exchange.
