Decameron Tarot

Decameron Tarot is one of the most celebrated erotic decks in the world of Tarot – refined, sensual, and brimming with life. Inspired by the atmosphere of medieval Italy and Giovanni Boccaccio's timeless masterpiece The Decameron, this deck approaches love not as a forbidden subject, but as one of the most powerful forces that moves the human soul. Passion, desire, tenderness, jealousy, temptation, and true intimacy intertwine in every card, turning each one into a mirror of our deepest feelings.

Giacinto Gaudenzi's illustrations brilliantly capture the spirit of the Renaissance and the Middle Ages. Rich colours, fine details, and an elegant artistic style give every card the feeling of a small painting telling its own story about love in all its forms. There is no vulgarity or cheap provocation here – the erotic is presented as a natural part of life, human nature, and the emotional bond between two people.

The central theme of Decameron Tarot is love – not idealised, but real. Love that inspires, seduces, heals, and sometimes hurts. The deck explores the connections between people: mutual attraction, trust, jealousy, sexuality, passion, and emotional closeness. That is precisely why it is one of the most sought-after decks for questions about romantic relationships, partnership, intimacy, and family bonds.

For centuries people have sought ways to understand whether their feelings are returned, whether the one they love thinks of them, and what the future holds for a relationship. They turned to readers, love rituals, dreams, and cards. Decameron Tarot continues that tradition – not by offering simple answers, but by illuminating the dynamic between two people, the roots of any difficulties, and the possibilities for building a deeper emotional and spiritual connection.

Thanks to its unique symbolism, the deck works beautifully not only for love spreads, but also for psychological exploration of relationships, personal desires, emotional blocks, and the way we experience intimacy. It speaks openly, honestly, and without judgement, making it a valuable tool for experienced tarot readers and for anyone who simply wants to understand their own heart a little better.

If you are looking for a deck that treats love as the most powerful driving force in life, Decameron Tarot will take you on an extraordinary journey through the world of feeling, passion, and human connection. This is a beautiful, elegant, and deeply affecting Tarot that shows us that true magic begins the moment two hearts start to beat as one.
