An ethnographic collection of spells and rituals from the 8th–9th century.
These rites were recorded from the slim notebooks of Serafim Cherny, the black sanctuary of the Polivanov family, containing around 5,000 rites. The book is supplemented with Serafim's testament, a glossary, and images of black icons. Although the majority of these rites are intended for witches, they are well worth knowing for practitioners of magic as well.
