Blue Sandstone with Tree of Life for Prosperity

"Sunstone"

Blue Sandstone earned its name from the belief that it originates from the sun. Since the earliest antiquity, sorcerers used it to attract solar energy and power. This energy is said to help increase wealth and influence. The stone is often associated with the mystical bird, the Phoenix.

Two types of sunstone can be found on the market – one is a natural feldspar, orange in colour, found in India, and the other is a form of andesine feldspar with a copper hue known as Oregon Sunstone. Its name comes from the American state of Oregon, and it is currently the most commonly found form of sunstone on the market.

Wear a sunstone when you struggle to say "no" to others and constantly make sacrifices for their sake. Sunstone will free you from feelings of being discriminated against, disadvantaged or abandoned. It will boost your self-esteem and fill you with confidence, optimism and enthusiasm. Even the most incurable pessimist will begin to see the world through new eyes once they start wearing a sunstone.

Sunstone has a positive effect on the psyche and encourages good mood, vitality and a pleasant disposition. It provides the endurance and energy needed to tackle tasks – it is especially recommended for planets in Leo that are in the early or final degrees.

The stone is also known for lifting self-esteem and helping its owner discover their own true nature and live in harmony with it. It will help you build a positive relationship with your own life and bring the sunny side of your personality to the forefront.
